Some of the unique aspects of Jacksonville Skyline is the college-level coaching experience with their leadership. This inherently brings an insight into the recruiting process that the majority of clubs simply do not have. Hugh Hernesman is our Recruiting Coordinator. He spent 22 years as a college coach and recruited at all levels, starting at high-level NCAA DIII and finishing his college career as the head coach at Clemson University. Coach Hugh’s connections at the collegiate level run deep. His ability to increase exposure for athletes and communicate with coaches This a game-changer and helps to eliminate a lot of confusion and wasted time during recruiting.
